Ingredients:
- 1 cup of rice
- 200g of beef, sliced
- 2 medium turnips, diced
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 medium carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Slow Cooker
- Pressure Cooker
Instructions:
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pressure cooker, add the rice and 2 cups of water. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then let it naturally release for 5 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
- In a slow cooker, add the sliced beef, diced turnips, diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and broccoli florets.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and beef, and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the beef is cooked through.
- Once the rice is done, fluff it with a fork and serve it in bowls topped with the beef and vegetable mixture.
